Monday of last week I met with Phoenix Physical Therapy’s Dietitian, Larissa. This lady is one of the most knowledgeable people in regards to food that I’ve ever met. She was able to talk to me in a way I could understand. We talked about my goals, my progress and my previous weights. We made a plan going forward to focus on eating breakfast for the next two weeks, which I’m still not good at. She wrote me out a menu for breakfast. Simple things, like, fruits, cheeses, yogurts and such. Things I can and will actually eat! I will be meeting with her every two weeks! I’m excited!
